Before and after the interventions, in the plot of the monitoring areas, will be carried out reliefs needed for the definition of the mycological characterization and for the determination of:

• characterization of macrofungina epigeal component (specific composition, abundance, fresh and dry weight);
• characterization of the ectomycorrhizal component (ECM) (morfotipica differentiation, specific composition, abundance of individual species).
