Before and after the interventions, in the plot of the monitoring areas, will be carried out reliefs to learn three biodiversity levels:


• microfauna (bacteria and microscopic fungi);

• mesofauna (microarthropods < 2mm);

• macrofauna (microarthropods).

For each of these levels will be determined, with specific methodologies, the specific composition and abundance of individual species (or groups of species).

For mesofauna and macrofauna are also calculated specific indexes for the determination of the degree of diversity:

• 
Synthetic Index of microarthropods Biological Quality (QBS-ar)

• Shannon index (H');


For tmicrofauna and to assess the biological quality of the soil, are determined some microbiological indexes such as:


• microbial respiration;

• carbon (C) of biomass.
